It'll only show if it detects no driver incompatabilities though. SP1 patched up the driver model a little and some of the older Vista drivers cause problems if you install SP1. You can still download and install SP1 from the Microsoft website, although it might have some issues. I personally had to update my network drivers after installing SP1 (but otherwise it was smooth sailing).
