A couple of interesting updates:

I haven't been able to get my hands on the game myself yet but according to a guy on the Ubi forums who does have the PC version already, there WILL be a webcam option when choosing your appearance (face). (source)

I also came across a website Ubi created with some tips and tricks for multiplayer, multiplayer maps and single player walkthroughs: RSV 2 Help
I do think they mention a few tips which I find rather cheap, like creating your own crosshair by toggling the equipment selection screen. They even show how to use it to good effect with a sniper rifle!
