I liked BF:V once they fixed the m60 issue. Too few people knew how to counter chopper whoring, which got pretty aggravating. Later fixes in the code actually made it pretty clunky, but the gameplay was fun. I think I was the only person who played with foliage turned up... it made the enemy harder to see, but it gave a great feel to the game. Some of the maps were really well made too and the kits, although not incredibly balanced, really were pretty kewl. I realy enjoyed some of the small touches to the game too. For example, the ability to kill the voice by killing the speaker. "Poor soldier, your country has abandoned you. Your helicopters fall from the sky, like broken birds." Gosh, her name escapes me, but I remember always striving to kill the speaker, only to feel lonely afterwards. The mopeds were awesome!

The ability to crank the tunes was pretty fun too. I remember when I first got it, I read you could put your own MP3's on. The first day I had it, I musta drove around, crankin the Benny Hill theme song doing just stupid shit in jeeps. It took about 20 minutes before I realized others could only hear stock songs. The "Bird is the Word" song got pretty annoying after a while, but "Hush" and some Jefferson Airplane more than made up for that. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q1cfTMdjkYM This clip is pretty funny. I think I was born 15-20 years too late.
