Switching heat sinks can be a bit messy since you need to clean the top of the CPU of the old thermal grease first. There's plenty of guides on line how to do that, just be patient and careful.

As for power switch and reset switch, check to see if your motherboard came with a guide connector... it's a little piece you plug all the fiddly bits into first. Then once you've made sure everything is hooked up to the right spot, you just plug the whole thing into the mobo. Much easier than trying to do it directly onto the board while it's in the case.
