How do I claim my Preorder or Collectors Edition items?
To claim your loot if you pre-ordered. Put in your retail code where you register your account.

Once in game, type /claim in the chat box. If you don't get your stuff, send a petition to a GM to get it fixed. It's a known bug that happens to some people and they should have a general patch ASAP.
