No, it wasn't. The feature consumes heaps of data storage and at the time I tested it, the demos weren't being recorded properly. I may revisit this if I get the time.

At this time, STV has been turned off due to a couple of bugs:

For some reason, connecting to either the server or STV via the in-game browser can randomly push you into the other connection port. I haven't been able to uncover the reason for the bug and have submitted a ticket with our GSP to see if they have an idea. I suspect it may have to do with setting tv_port correctly in the srcds startup parameter, as detailed in the documentation. Connecting via console with the correct port will always give the desired result, but the in-game browser has been producing anomalies, leading to confusion when players get pushed into STV when they intended to connect to the game.

The STV bot also seems to be messing with our GameTracker player graph. I mentioned this in a relevant thread in the GameTracker forums and we'll see if they end up working this out.

So, for now it's off until we can get it working consistently. Anyone with any ideas as to why these problems happen is welcome to suggest a solution.
