This isn't due to Audiosurf. This is a file system, registry or driver error that Audiosurf and possibly other applications use.
There are a few ways of going about this:
Are there any conflicts in your Device Manager?
Have you updated drivers? Are you running any unofficial or beta drivers?
Are you getting this error frequently? Have you booted up in Safe Mode to see if you still crash?
Have you done a chkdsk? If not, go to Run..., and type chkdsk /r -- say yes afterwards. This will take time, so do it when you go to bed or have errands to run.
