Are we forming a group or what?

Does someone have an idea of what we'll call the group? Keep in mind, we don't specifically need to identify if we are doing PvP or PvE.. we just need a unified name that can exist on PvP or PvE and start a group on each.

Having a Focused member start the 'guild' is important.. IF we are going to do it. But I figure we need to members to step up and head the 'guild'. I would LOVE too.. but I just don't have the time.. not that a group this small would need much time.. but I just can't make the commitment.

I see it as needing two 'captains' that manage the PvP and PvE 'guilds' and a 'Governor' to manage the alliances of the guilds via the forums or whatever. I can probably handle 'governor', because the 'governor' will probably have less time involved in-game and more time managing the forum and alliances.

Ideas? ANYONE?

I'd be willing to take charge of this, but I'd be happy to share the reigns with Zoopy if he's interested. I also know that FatKid has been watching this game for a long time so I'd like his point of view on this as well.

In game wise, it's usually best to have a Guild Leader and then a group of Officers to keep things running smoothly. Though that almost totally depends on how large of a group we'd like to build.

Some things we need to get sorted out pretty quick is what type of server we're going for and where our focus is going to lie. I know there's usually a sharp split between the PvP and PvE crowds, but even if we go with a PvE server there's going to be a large PvP aspect to it at the higher levels.

IF that's what we want to do then we have to be aware of it from pretty early on and tailor our classes and recruiting towards that goal. Keep in mind, I've never been one for forcing PvP on anyone that isn't into it so I think both types of player can co-exist in one guild. But it's always best to have a plan and overall focus layed out for everyone.

Next would be what do we call ourselves? Sure, we're "Focused Gaming", but that doesn't do much for the old immersion factor. So is that an issue with anyone?

If it is, we need some name suggestions ASAP.

I'll have more a bit later but I'm kind of pressed for time at the moment. Throw out any suggestions or comments you have and/or if you want to be a guild leader. I'm sure if there's major interest from a few people, we can work something out.

Or, in the spirit of the game, someone's head will roll!
