Default Download Speeds
What speeds have you guys been getting on their bittorrent style downloader? I've only been getting around 300k instead of my normal 1mb or more. My download should be done by now but it took like 12hour or so.

Try limiting your upload speeds, some people say that helps but I don't think it'd do anything.

Upload speed doesnt effect it at all. All that effects is your ping in TF2 while you download lol. Kat and I had a 150ms ping last night when i was at 500kb upload and as soon as i dropped it to 25kb it dropped to 40 heeh

Upload didn't effect my download when I changed through it periodically. It stuck around 600 and finished sometime overnight.

I know, but the official forums someone posted it and many people replied saying it helped them... like I said before, it probably won't do anything. Mine was 400kb/s all the way through. Already done in just a day.
