Registering is currently disabled on the forum link.
Once you register your game account...you will see another tab called forum something. Click on that to choose your forum name and password. You will have to wait about 30 minutes for forum access afterwards.
Just a note about the feat calculator that's linked here: it's flawed. Each tier of feats not only requires X points spent in that tree, but it also requires you to be a certain level. Because you gain an extra feat point every 10 levels (past level 10, that is), you will have times that you've spent enough points in the tree to get to the next tier, but you won't be the proper level to do so. This feat calculator doesn't show the level requirement part.
Still a good one to use, you just have to keep in mind that you might get surprised on the in-game tree.
I stumbled on this one and it looks pretty good as a quick walk through, not to mention it is a little entertaining to read.
I changed the feat calculator link to the official one. It is better updated.

I'm resetting my feats, and going to go with this build, I'm not actually far off from it now. It's rated a 10 so far, seems like a good build.
