Customer Service
Has anyone had any experience with customer service?
My account was 'frozen' for some reason today. I think it has something to do with the EA period ending, but my CE retail code didn't kick in as it should have.. which kind of goes along with the reason my /claim stuff doesn't work still.
So, does anyone have any experience with how long it takes them to respond through the Customer Service link on their website? Also - If someone has access to the forums (that doesn't work either) and can find anything out, I would appreciate it.
