Default Customer Service

Has anyone had any experience with customer service?

My account was 'frozen' for some reason today. I think it has something to do with the EA period ending, but my CE retail code didn't kick in as it should have.. which kind of goes along with the reason my /claim stuff doesn't work still.

So, does anyone have any experience with how long it takes them to respond through the Customer Service link on their website? Also - If someone has access to the forums (that doesn't work either) and can find anything out, I would appreciate it.

There in game GMs are behind, not sure baout there actual Customer Support.

When you entered in your retail code did you actually hit the apply button the 2 or 3 times it takes to upgrade your current account? Once you hit upgrade you have to like confirm it I remember correctly. Its a good 2-3 screens after you enter the code in before its applied to your account. Id try enter the code in again and see what it does.

I'll check again, I've entered it twice and gotten what appeared to be a confirmation page.. but maybe I am misreading something in my typical drunkin' stupor.

Edit: OK, Wierd.

I just tried again using //register.funcom.com/ and got a completely different registration page for Funcom. I entered the code and got completely different confirmation pages. So I'll find out when I get home from work whether or not it was successful.

Ya it should turn like from red to green onces it confirmed if I remember correctly. And then on your account page it should show the little icons for say the Rhino and the bag and cap or what ever your game box gave you.

Yep, thats wierd. Registering the code through //register.ageofconan.com/ clearly did not work.

Going through the //register.funcom.com/ did, I just went through and checked my account at //register.ageofconan.com/ and it shows as upgraded with the new item icons.

I do know I got the green confirmation when I used //register.ageofconan.com/. Dunno.. wierd.
