It used to cost me 20 tin. I was doing an instance last night and wanted to respec to climb. Only half paying attention, I realized it cost 50 SILVER just after I pressed the button. I started a petition, but it was my own fault and I seriously doubt I'll ever see that 50 silver again. Be careful.

I know the cost went up depending on how many points you were respecing in a skill, but that's just crazy.

I heard the cost is supposed to be associated with how many points were in the skill at the time. So what level are you and how many points were in there? I know if it's below 100 it doesn't even cost anything at all, usually.

I had over 400 points in the skill, I think. I'm was pretty pissed at myself at the time, but there's not much I can do about it... cept not to do it again and to warn others. Although it wasn't worth the actual cost, I did it for one of the 3 Villa quests. Come to think of it, I'm make a separate thread for that....
