I just wanted to point these quests out to everyone as quests you want to do early and often. I believe these are repeatable and are found in the noble district. I've gotten 3-4 VERY good drops out of these, and the XP is excellent. Even without quest XP, I was gaining xp at lvl 45 that would have leveled me in just 2 hours, just killing the mobs. Gots LOTS of gems too.

For the "Thief" quest, you need 200 climbing to finish. PLEASE READ MY OTHER THREAD BEFORE RESPECING SKILL POINTS. The quest appears bugged, but while on the second floor, to the left of the arch, you can climb the vines by pressing U... your cursor won't work to climb here.

Nemesis

Thief quest does seem to be bugged from a climbing aspect though most people either don't realize they have to climb to get to him. Not once, but twice.

However, the "finding the valuables" quest is bugged to hell. First time I tried it, I only got 3 drops. Every time after, the villa is empty. Boooo!

I also don't think these are repeatable but I could be wrong. I've never been given the option to repeat after I went through the 2nd part of the quests.

They are repeatable, and it's legal. You can do them (the gathering ones) once per day, which is why you get the message "Villa quest XXXX is no longer on cooldown."

In order to reset this villa, you have to group with someone, and when you enter the villa you hit the "unbind" button when it pops up the window that says it's bound to you. Then you can exit, drop group and it'll be reset.
