Default AAR Frost Swamp.

Zoopy, Undead, CrackerJack, Lion and myself, made up a party of a Necro, Conqueror and 3 assassins. I wasn't sure it would work without a healer at first, but we were able to spam cc's and just dps the mobs down quickly enough that it wasn't too much of an issue. We had a pretty good system worked out with Zoopy was on point pulling precisely the mobs we needed, 3 SA's followed by raw DPS. There were some amazing recoveries, most notably when a pair kited the extra worker pull while the rest focued fired killing first the worker, then the defender. The workers hit so hard, they made the bosses seem easy. Kudos for everyone keeping their head and doing what they're supposed to.

Most of the way through the spiders, Lion was replaced by Fehmart. A healer made everything much, much easier. Six players would have made this a piece of cake.

Overall, it was pretty clean with a few scattered wipes... mostly due to extra pulls or spiders popping out of walls. I don't believe any of the wipes were against bosses. All quests complted, all bosses slain. There were blue drops from every boss, some were quite good. Unfortunately, only one was good for any of the classes we had there.... a ranger or gaurdian would have made out like bandits. Good team work, good coordination and people staying focused even when the pervervial shit hit the fan won the day. Good stuff guys, I hope to see much more of this in the future.

It seemed like we were in there for many hours. It was certainly nice completing the 6 quests in there I had.

Yes, good fun. Big group instances like this really show how good team work, communication and tactics can pull through. When Fehmart arrived we were able to chain-knockdown enemies so they didn't have a chance to recover.

Also the fact that a Necromancer can pull as nicely as he can helps big (hopfully they don't patch this).

Wouldn't mind trying one of the other resource instances. We could do 62+ this time and make the xp pretty profitable. I haven't seen the ammount of bitching for the other ones as I've seen for Frost Swamp, so maybe the difficulty factor would be even lower.

I've done Imirian Ravine, though I wonder if there are any new quests now that I'm 60. Much the same as Frost Swamp, though I do recall that our Guardian said the human mobs in the ravine hit harder than most of the White Hand in Frost Swamp. There's only a couple of trouble spots in the zone that I've noticed:

-Master of the Bow Valeroso area: lots of patrols. Also, don't stray too near the mobs across the gap, or they WILL path all the way around the zone to kill you.
-The bridges: don't fall down. It's a long walk.

Yes, last weekend, before I was disconnected, me Fehmart, Undead(?) had a group going. Great fun. Kept dying though and never did finish the last quest. No way I'm heading back in there solo.
