I've been playing a lot of Vegas and Pusher tonight, once you get the hang of the character and how to play it, it becomes much more fun. Tip: do not miss any of the powerup combo things. I was able to get a cluster of red blocks, and gained 11k points off of it.

Is there anyway to pull songs straight from an Ipod? I haven't tried but it would be handy.

I've been able to play songs straight from my MP3, I just plugged it in and selected its folder when I'm choosing a song in the game. Not sure if Ipods would be more complicated but it should work.

Ipods don't have a direct file hierarchy, its a weird file system where everything has crazy names. You can play songs from it directly but the order of the songs and the name of the songs are purely random.

I did a Match 21 of red blocks with a 4x multiplier on a round of Vegas, it was DISGUSTING.

Just downloaded the demo for this...but when i try to play a song, once it speeds up my computer restarts and i get this error

C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER68f5.dir00\Mini 022208-02.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER68f5.dir00\sysd ata.xml

i know it has something to do with my cpu getting too hot...you guys got any suggestions on what i might beable to do to stop this?

also does anyone know any programs that can test this?

This isn't due to Audiosurf. This is a file system, registry or driver error that Audiosurf and possibly other applications use.

There are a few ways of going about this:

Are there any conflicts in your Device Manager?

Have you updated drivers? Are you running any unofficial or beta drivers?

Are you getting this error frequently? Have you booted up in Safe Mode to see if you still crash?

Have you done a chkdsk? If not, go to Run..., and type chkdsk /r -- say yes afterwards. This will take time, so do it when you go to bed or have errands to run.
