Thread: Battlefield 1942 BRING IT ON!

So while trying to get my BF2 to work I got Mosely to want to play once more.

while he was patching it, he re-installed 1942 and has been having a blast playing it. this pissed me off as I still couldn't play bf2 and don't have my copy of 1942 anymore. SO I used a gift card I had to get it from Bestbuy (9.99) paid the overnight. and now just waiting to play it again. so let me put it this way.

Remember troops, though the Germans bomb us, the Russians charge us, and the Japanese Japanese us to death, we fight! In the air, over the sea, and on the land! So dust off your boots, clean your Springfield rifle, and load up that jeep with dynamite charges.

Yeah, I've been hitting this up for the past two nights and having a blast. There's a 24/7 Midway server that I've spent about 3 hours on - admin'd with no smacktards. Great stuff. I love those planes, and the naval battles.

I would love to play some 1942 again, but I don't have time.

I was just playing on Market Garden, it all come back to me as soon as i climbed into a king tiger and got hit by a bomber. FUN!

Seancho and I had some good rounds last night until I finally grew weary of a log-jammed aberdeen round.

We found the moon gamers server to be well admin'ed at 60 players. As old as it is this game still provides a really fun and varied battlefield experience.
