1) Do you think it's really going to be in third person? I hope that's just for the screen shot.

2) "Pimp My Soldier" hahaha

At least it's free. That's good enough for me.

one advantage that cartoon stuff has is that it's possible it can make the game developers think more about gameplay.

I'm not sure about you guys, but to me this game looks awesome. I'm not sure why everyone is saying it is a vomit inducing travesty.

Yeah, it looks quite funny indeed. Looks like we get to shoot Germans again. Fantastic.

You getting that feeling from here or someplace else? I think it could have loads of potential, but I don't know enough about it to make a real good judgement yet.

As far as the cartoon aspect goes, I dig it. Just seems odd that a few big name games are going that way, when everything used to be hyper realism for the longest time.

Have to love trends in gaming.

Well from what I can deduct it's essentially BF. They're showing where to shoot tanks, the ticket system, fly this, drive that etc. Putting it into a cartoon makes it look less intimidating to new players and lowers the system requirements so it's accessible to more players. Of course by more players I mean they can now port it onto the Wii without sacrificing game play because of hardware limitations like they did with their disappointing console version of BF2.
