Want to know how some people can use quick responses. Like "Sorry" and "Im in position!"

Find your C:/Program\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare folder
Right click in the blank folder area, Click "New", Text Document.. name it binds.cfg
Open it.
Copy / Paste the below.. into the field and save.

Then in game open your console (make sure you enable the option in "multiplayer options") and enter
/exec binds.cfg

Then during a round you can hit your key for "Multiplayer quick message" default is "B" giving some quick commands to your team.
A couple I use alot..

B-2-3 .. Im in position
B-2-4 .. Area secure
and my favorite, and most used..
B-3-4 .. SORRY!
