You can rotate any mode on any map. The only problem is that the map rotation list can only have a certain amount of characters so you'll have to limit modes and/or maps.

I thought it was around 200 characters, if it loads more than that, it will crash the server.

The poll is set to go for a week, however it's clear that there is a large following for 3 modes of play. I will post up the current settings on those modes as well as a poll of the maps. The map rotation will likely reflect the maps you choose and settings.
