EDIT: Servers taken offline at least until the release of L4D2.

Why not one in Europe? I'd guess we have enough players to make it worth it. Logistics don't work out conveniently?

A quick check of their website reveals that they do indeed offer servers in the UK in the Netherlands, however, they don't list those locations when you try to order an L4D server. My guess is that you could get one if it was requested.
