Every time I call The Internet, Sindee charges me $5 / min just to talk to her about stuff.

Without a doubt, this is the most awesome thing ive ever owned. Im playing crysis on all high settings and its not slowing down one bit. Absolutely smooth as can be.

Its funny. canyourunit.com shows that i pass the minimum but fail on the recommended simply because my processor speed is too slow. I guess it shows how these days it doesnt matter how fast it is, but how many processors you have.

Actually Crysis is CPU dependent. Its usually GPU at high settings but Crysis is one of the only games that bucks this. The more powerful your CPU is the more FPS youll get in it. Of course a powerful GPU is equally important. That said, yea more cores is usually better for newer games. What resolution are you running?

With DirectX 10 almost all rendering pipeline has now been offloaded to the graphics card, so for sheer graphics the CPU is becoming almost irrelevent. There's still the physics engine and AI to run on the CPU, although physics is now being shifted over to the GPU too...
