Was the reviewer a manatee?
The lack of durability showed by the iPad - it fared worst of all in his use - gives me pause... about loaning my iPad to a marine mammal.
I have a Wacom tablet...
None of the tablets on the market are really there yet. Some are just half assed and others have good ideas but they need to mature.
Phone OS's aren't the answer IMO although it'll be interesting to see how people scale Android up since it's so flexible. I don't really think cramming a desktop OS in to a tablet is ideal either although feature wise at least it covers everything I could want.
I'm most interested in what MS showed with the Courier but that may end up little more than vaporware. At the very least it's the first tablet OS built around being a tablet. Not an inflated phone or shrunken desktop OS.
If I get a tablet, I don't want to have to buy a zip-lock bag... I think if someone buys be some resin, I could get it to be submersible![]()
