Film section

It would be nice to have a film subforum in the general forums, because there's alot of talk about upcoming movies in the general discussion all the time. This way the general discussion will be less crammed too

For now we might keep the number of sections down. This way, General Discussion is easy to check for people who don't browse all the forums. If we find that there are so many threads, that we need to split, we'll do it.
