Aliens vs. Predator
http://pc.ign.com/articles/103/1038887p1.html
Anyone been following this game? Could be a fun MP. Though given everything after the first two movies anything A/P has fallen flat. Game releases on Steam in February.

Alien Versus Predator is an already established and very good game series. Hopefully this game follows suit.

Ignore the movies. Or, better yet, kill them with fire! But whatever you do, don't confuse them with the games that came before them. Both AvP1 and AvP2 were among my all time favorite FPS games ever. They kicked a lot of ass in their time. I mean, guns and explosives aside, in what other game can you be a sneaky bastard and take the skulls off the shoulders of people you hat---I mean your friends , or run amok in frenzied melee as one of the aliens?
A new AvP game made by the same crew that started it all with the first AvP FPS? Bring it on!

Radical. I am seriously pumped for this game. Let's hope they really work hard on the multiplayer and produce a killer.

I was too young to experience anything before AvP2, but my experiences with that were great. The wallclimbing Alien sections were something different from the games of that time. Anyway, I hope they balance the game better than last time. Shoulder cannons are OP.

Not a PC article but you get the idea. More I read about this game the more it sounds like a winner. If the release date holds we are about six weeks away give or take a week. The five Marine vs Predator mode should be a solid MP.

Looks good to me... the first one was win-sauce.

Wasn't this the stink with the new MW game (dedicated servers)? Looks we won't have concern with AvP -

Wonder why they don't have a dedicated website put up? I believe February is the release which is not that far off. Suppose we will know when you can pre-order via Steam.

Whose planning on pre-ordering or waiting for the release to make a decision?
