Yeah, I got one and I just played for a few hours and I must say; I've got the feeling I got when I first played BF 2142 again. Its really great fun. I do hope they work out the few problems there still are, like you can't change fire modes (which makes the Assault Rifles alot less effective). I also found it was quite a hard game, the recoil on the guns is pretty unforgiving, and where you would just go prone and constanly fired with a L/HMG in 2142, you can only fire in small bursts with your LMG in FF:FOW. I think this is a good thing, as it promotes firing controlled and not run and gunning. This isnt always the case, though, because in CQB everybody just goes spraying all the way. (doesn't really bother me)
Anyway, the graphics are also very good and it looks awesome even on my low-grade PC. And theres of course The Drones and Deployables, which I totally love. Its just so great to, after you've gained some XP, deploy a minigun and mow away or get this remote controlled helicopter up in the air and blow it up once you have flown into enemy territory.

For me, this game IS the Battlefield killer we are looking for.

I agree. The maps have a good feel to them and the armor doesn't feel hugely unbalanced.

No, but you're better off skipping it so we don't need to endure your incessant whining about purchasing a game you don't like that somehow turns out to be our fault for forcing you to play it.

Go play Peggle.

Funny coming from the guy who said "OMG everybody HAS to get Red Orchestra". Then it was "OMGZ everybody has to get GRAW!!", followed by "OMG everybody get Hellgate London!".

Peggle rocks.

I really liked Red Orchestra. It was an excellent simulation of battles between deaf and partially blind cripples. Replicating that unique kind of action is a tall order.

My beta key isn't recognized, anyone else have this problem and found a solution? I downloaded the beta game and added my key to get it to start loading the game. Everything was fine until I tried to load up multiplayer. I get a message saying that my cd key is not recognized by the server and drops me. Help..!!!

I get that once in a blue moon randomly but I just click on "Online" again and it always goes through on the second try.

Does it happen every time for you?
