The key with the helicopter attack drone, it seems, is to be still when firing rockets. Moving while firing will cause the rockets to drift WAY off course. Stay still and they'll be very accurate.
Good stuff, Santa. I think you need to put more time into the Tiger Claw Attack Chopper. If you use cover with it, and get real close, you can almost always down someone in the 4 shots. Fire 4, cover/evasive maneuver. Rinse and repeat. Be aggresive but don't be afraid to run.
Does anybody know how many shots it takes with Tiger Claw Attack Helicopter (wow that's a mouth full) to take out a APC/Tank. Is is worthwile or should we just use it to take out infantry?
I've never used it against anything but infantry and drones. Although it does well against drones, I expect it does next to nothing vs. vehicles,. I could be wrong![]()
In the drones trainingsvideo on www.frontlines.com the Tiger Claw is presented as unit to destroy vehicles with.
I also noticed that the splash damage of the rockets isn't very high (this explains why the rockets must hit the infantry almost spot on)
So the Red Star have two drones that can kill vehicles and the Western Coalition have none? Ouch.
I fired about 12 tiger-claw rockets into a damaged/burning tank yesterday and still wasn't able to kill it. I'm pretty sure I was hitting it as I was following it and shooting it from behind close up.
