Multiplayer PC Demo announced

The good news:

A multiplayer PC demo has been announced for March 11th including Oil Fields as well as a new map called Invasion.

The bad news:

Open beta servers are being shut down on Feb 18th.

Whens the new release date? gamestop has it listed as feb 25.

I haven't heard a definitive date yet. It was originally supposed to be late Feb but I wouldn't be entirely surprised if it slid into March.

A lot of games have release dates and then their demo comes out. It could still be released on the 25th.

I was expecting that date to slide before I knew about the demo though. I will be pretty happy if they manage to make Feb 25th.

To be honest, I'd be happy to wait until the end of March. Play the demo for 2-3 weeks, give them time to fine-tune the release and get into it. I love the game and it has heaps of potential, but they have a few things to fix up before release. I hope the extra time sees a more polished game, because these guys deserve a good uptake.

Ya I will be so deep in other games in late feb early march that I would rather see them take the time to make frontlines truly shine and release it in march or a little later.
