Rage4Order is starting to make an impact
Default Thanks Zoopy

Zoopy, Just like you I was unable to play FFoW and you noticed that a lot of the people posting at Kaos had Xfi cards. Your catching that led to some testing by some and created a fix that has got my game running for the first time in 2 days. Great catch and thanks for helping out. I am sure I will be catching up with a lot of you in game soon and I look forward to playing on your servers, I know the gaming will be awesome.

Thanks again Zoopy

Well it wasn't me completely, someone posted that the crash was due to a sound heap error.

Most of them had X-Fi soundcards? Huh, thats funny. On the Steam store page for FFoW, under the reccomended requirements it says Creative Labs X-Fi sound card. Big mistake .

The OpenAL has been a huge problem for Creative since Vista was launched.

If you haven't installed their openAL fix and you run an X-Fi with Vista, you're going to have problems sooner or later.
