Trigged by a Meas Report, SRNC sends RNSAP Radio Link Setup Request to a DRNC. The UE has a single PS I/B RAB mapped on E-DCH/HS-DSCH, and the SRB is mapped on EDCH/DCH. There is no change in primary cell. The aim of the test is to verify, from SRNC, RNSAP RL Setup message (only DL SRB is carried on the new RL)
