So I'm at work and my Co-worker Jason has been going on for over a year about getting this top of the line lap-top he can take to National guard Drills. He goes on and on about it, well finally he was gonna get it thanks to this stimulous package. Bare in mind he has a newborn son, a toddler, an appartment, new car, and wife. its not easy for him to blow money on something HE wants. Well the big day came and he was going to pick up a a crap ton of bestbuy gift cards *to get bonus to gas perks. its a deal they have here* well no sooner did he take them off the shelf when his wife called, they Have a huge Gas bill to pay. Damn no computer for him...WRONG! being the guy I am I decided to help my friend out. He left to take his lunch and to sulk in private, I lept into action, I only had 30 minutes to do this. Using all of my skills and parts laying around the lab I build him a laptop, nice wide screen, and even a wireless Mouse. and Here are pictures of my Effort.
You might think this pissed him off but he actually laughed pretty hard, and even took it home to show his wife, who felt bad for ruining his day.
