With Texas plates.. I would assume he took the pic himself..

I have to start carrying a camera to get a shot of our local "batmobile".. a late 80's IROC with a wing attached with some steel beams(from cheap shelving systems).. HUGE hand made hood scoop, put together with rivets.. The broken ground effects are held together with huge staples used for holding up wire for stuco... all painted bright red (by spray can I swear)... such love went into it

Oh, or the late 90's Caprice Classic, jacked up and sitting on 22s :/
