Here's the primer for FF 3 which gets released tomorrow. I haven't messed with any of the Release Candidates, so I'm really excited to finally see all the new stuff.

I've been using the final Beta and RC versions for awhile now (default on latest Ubuntu) and it's nice but really nothing to get too excited about. Although I'm probably not really using the new features, like some of the bookmark stuff. I use Firefox 2 at work and I basically don't notice any difference between the two, except I have found the new 'Zoom Text Only' feature occasionally useful and maybe Firefox 3 looks and works a little better/smoother.

All those screenshots are from a mac.. I hope they've made as much effort blending in with Windows as they did with OS X, because the only two things I really want from a new version of Firefox are aero integration and protected mode.

I've heard a lot of good things about AwesomeBar. Looking forward to giving it a try.

They did. I don't like the XP look, but it definitely fits in with the default theme. Same goes for Vista.
Sadly, it still doesn't fit in as well with OS X as it should. But it's much better than Firefox 2.
The AwesomeBar is awesome. It's really useful.

I've been using it since Beta 5 and I've liked it all along. Very stable and feature-loaded, and I can't imagine why anyone out there would still be using IE.
