Saw the trailer for this before The Dark Knight today:

Alan Moore has disowned the project, so the film could be a disappointment for fans of the comic. On the other hand, it looks cool.

I saw it at The Dark Knight as well and it looked rather bizarre. I've no idea what it's supposed to be about.

yeah Jepzilla just trying to be cool like me. beat em to the post.

Concept: It takes place in the US during a depression of sorts. people are tightly wound up, Heroes are no longer a welcome site.. if they do it right they tell the story like its done in the comic. Each characters story intertwines with the others as they all use to be a team. Rorschach btw is the best character if ya ask me.

anyway. without giving anything if you havnt read the comic. something happens. the heroes return to deal with it and their pasts.

it looks pretty damn good from the previews. and they did remove Dr.Manhattan's dong which the didnt in the comic http://i170.photobucket.com/albums/u...rManhattan.jpg <~~ image from comic. just think of the horror on peoples faces if they hadnt and they saw it on an Imax
