The 33rd got into R6:Vegas pretty hard. You should check with some of them.

Also: Use capital letters where applicable. You don't want to turn out like Bleak.

P.S: I'll definitely be checking it out.

Does anyone have Rainbow Six Vegas for the PC? Would be awesome to play online. If number 2 is like the first one, I'll probably get it for the PC.

Rainbow Six: Vegas is an awesome game for co-op (up to 4 players). While there are standalone scenarios and deathmatch, the game really shines when playing the game in story mode. This is the only FPS that I've seen that the whole single-player game can be finished in co-op. The environs that you fight in range from varies from trainyards, tunnels, casinos, streets, dams, etc. Each of them provide their own challenges and tactics as well as multiple ways to travel. Don't want to fight through a cramped stairwell down from the roof? Then rappel from the roof down the side of a building and enter through the windows. You can also choose your weapon layout before each mission so you can adapt to the situation. The enemy AI is pretty good and can be very challenging. They just don't await around for you to come shoot them. They will come get you and if you don't check your back you may be shot in it.

If you are playing with other people, this is very oriented teamwork game. You really have to be on ball and communicate to accomplish the missions. It ain't gonna be running and gunning. Here's one example of how the 33rd played it:

Mission was to rescue a hostage and then eliminate the terrorists inside of a large, upscale, multi-story restaurant. We went into the lobby and broke in 2 two-man teams. A-team on the first floor used a fiber camera on the doors and located four terrorists in the dining room with the hostage. They targeted the two standing by the door as their first targets and one member rigged the door with a breach explosive. B-Team went upstairs, used the camera on the doors, and found a terrorist guard on the balcony over the dining room. The B-Team member with the silenced rifle got into position for the shot while the other member stood by the door. On count, the member opened the door and the shooter dropped the guard without alerting the terrorist below. B-Team took position up on the balcony and targeted the hostage holder in the dining room below. On count, A-Team blew the door taking down two terrorists while at the same time B-Team killed the terrorist holding the hostage.

We loved doing stuff like that. We played on hard mode with no respawns to make it challenging, but it was awesome when you did coordinated stuff like that. Communication is definitely a major key to the game so you accomplish coordinated assaults. Makes it a lot easier when you fight smart since you are usually outnumbered like 6-1.

Anyway, we are looking forward to the sequel. Hopefully, they can only make it better.

Well i played the original for 360, good story mode, although I felt at times when by myself I had very limited options and extremely stupid teammates. I though the AI was pretty good though, they had bad moments; but in general could keep me on my toes. I guess I will heavily consider this for pc then, as most of my friends play 360 and they make me look like a gaming god and major teamworker. Is anyone planning to play online vs. instead of co-op? I liked the vs. barring the douchebaggery of 360 live play. I heard the story mode this time around is also going to be full integration meaning we will actually get the story in co-op instead of just playing the levels.

I didn't play much of the Team vs Team online, but that was mainly due to lack of in-game VOIP for the PC, thus no teamwork or communication.

I did play a 5v5 match with a bunch of friends and it was very fun.

Everyone should go "purchase" this game from torrents sites so we can play.
