Did you read the article? I assume you didn't. It was supposed to come out yesterday but was held back due to a bug that emerged, it was released earlier today.

Also not really an "expansion pack" its the 1.0 patch and the new area is open to subscribers.

I didn't read it - I just closed my eyes, copy & pasted a random link and guessed at the contents.

Well assuming you had no knowledge of the delay, your thread title would of been "expansion pack is out now" since the article states it to be released yesterday.

Also here are the patch notes. Almost every Evoker skill has been changed so Evokers get a respec token (so do Templar classes). Subscribers get a respec token for all their characters.
