This is due out on the German servers in a week. The following is translated from German to English and I won't be able to give you any more information on these changes apart from whats listed. Translated via Babelfish.

Feature - a Kontorhandel is not any longer broken off, if the gold is not sufficient around all desired goods to buy. It is now proportionately bought

Bugfix - Replacement of troupes was not possible without trading ships
Bugfix - Admins were shown at the Highscore
Bugfix - Change research was not possible at high researches

Explanation: You are able to rent mercenary ships for you own purpose (the maximum amount of ships being the amount of trading ships you own) for 5 units ambrosia each travel. After the transport is over, these ships quit your fleet again. These can only be used for peaceful ressource transportation, not for any other purposes.

LOL... I wish they would allow people to control inactives in place of occupation... they need to fix occupation.

Yea, I had a scare where the sliders weren't working and I couldn't interact with anyone's cities on the Island menu. Clearing my cache took care of it.
