Noob protection has the potential to be a gamebreaker if they don't handle it properly. After seeing how they implemented corruption I can't say I'm overly optimistic either.
I was dumbfounded when I read how they were planning on designing it. Lucky for example would only be able to attack a handful of players ACROSS THE WHOLE WORLD without being penalized for it. Do they think this stuff through before they spout it out? Do they play their own game?
