.. and this is still just a demo disc, so there will be tweeks in settings. I have always thought that trailer videos look half as good as the finished product.
When I first saw the trailers for HL2 I was not impressed. I thought it was just a run on to the original. I did play HL2 the day it was released and was more than impressed with the final game product. I was impressed with the release of BF2, even though I made myself wait a month before buying it, just on principle after my despise for Vietnam (I never did buy or play 2142).

I agree, it seems they always give the "camera" to the guy who cant shoot, dont know what red flash on the screen could mean, the theory of a "action/jump/heal button icon" or that you cant use a shotty to kill at distance. In every L4D gameplay video the cameraman is standing there watching his friends die, once in while shooting a friendly in the back.
The red flashing starts, only when a teammates starts shooting at the cameraman, who finally turns to see the hallway behind him is packed with zombies licking his neck. LOL
But, I am also sure it is because the cameraman is looking around at the scenery too. I know, I get shot a lot in new maps for CoD because I am looking at the statics or the map layout. but to stand there and watch two zombies gnawing on your teammate while you try to figure out how to traverse a room full of furniture. FFS, these people are mating lol

That is a good point, it takes practice to be able to use a thumbstick to aim with.. but it is also the use of strafe and movement to adjust aiming, and using movement to avoid damage, which most cameramen dont seem to know anything about.

Cost of a good PC setup and maintenance is what drives most people to consoles. They can operate a console, it consists of a power button/switch and inserting a disc and maybe a controller with maybe 15 buttons to push... a PC takes at a least half a brain to operate - eliminating half of the population right off the top, which is fine with me
...and the amount of money each of us is willing to spend on their rig differs greatly, I know that not everyone here plays at higher than 1200x whatever dpi. I could but I dont, I like big targets

.
I personally cant wait to play this game, I love chaos. This title looks like it is full of chaos. I hope that we are not disappointed.
