Added vpk.exe command line tool for extracting, creating, and appending .VPK files

Removed info_versus (not used)

Added info_gamemode which fires outputs for Coop, Versus or Survival depending on what game mode the map is loaded in

Updated tutorial_standards example map, repackaged as 'Dead Line' campaign example add-on

Sample content now includes source files for official maps

There still isn't one full finished campaign out there yet.

Death Aboard is at 4 maps and is pretty solid. The ship map is pretty amazing.
Dead City is the one I had been helping with and is at 4 maps with a couple of them being pretty lengthy.
Dam and Red Sea are very good single maps.
Crossroads Mall is due out in mid-July.

There are dozens of survivor maps that are out if your into 4x4 rooms with a zillion zombies.
