TeamSpeak Server Details - Server Information

We use a forum-based self-registration option for our TeamSpeak server:

TeamSpeak Server Registration.

Follow the simple instructions on that page to register yourself and then connect to the server.

TeamSpeak Etiquette:

If you are new to the TeamSpeak server and / or the channel, please announce yourself to others in the channel, so they know you've joined and make sure you've set up push to talk and NOT voice activation in your settings.

We use TeamSpeak mostly for organising gaming sessions and smack-talk during the game. When a game has in-game VOIP available, we use that for communication in-game. Try to be mindful of this and keep chatter to a reasonable level.

Spamming the channel, advertising or generally being annoying will earn you a kick or ban from the server. Keep your fellow gamers in mind when you use TeamSpeak

Bomm, when I try to follow either this link or the teamspeak info link, I get a "do not have permission" message.

Anyone else having this problem?

When I click the link it tells me that I don't have sufficent privlages to access that page.

Check now. I have enabled registered usergroups to access the self-registration page.

OK, try now.

Seems like the import from phpBB didn't create a hierarchy of user groups and only assigned people to one group at a time. I have enabled all of your groups for registration.

Please make an effort to idle on the server if you're ever playing a game. More activity encourages people to participate. I see a lot of people playing games in Steam and not on TeamSpeak.

Try to make it a habit to join TS as soon as you get ready to play a game. If you're away or idle, feel free to mute your speakers. Likewise, if you're playing and don't want to be disturbed, mute your speakers. It's just good to have an active TS server and have people interact more. I hate having to remind people to jump on. There is no reason why you can't just join while you're playing.
