These are two of the better one's I've seen.
The Cry More one seems to be updated on a consistant basis, but both are pretty solid.

Always nice in an MMO to have an idea before hand on how you would like to build your character.
Also, with the new attribute changes and the fact that they are set back to zero with the respecs, you can better plan out how you would like each version of yourself to be.
I realize that with more than one Zoopy or Bommando, I can destroy the world. But hey, that's what makes these games fun!
