So I've gotten back into playing demo, and because I finally learned that crouchjumping propels you farther in the air a couple weeks back (I finally could rocket jump onto gravelpit B roof) I've been doing a lot of jumping and I found out ctf_well has a rather high ceiling.
What I dois I first get an overheal from an allied medic, place two stickies just outside our base, and make a jump across the map. Because the ceiling's so high, I actually get a lot of time in the air.
What makes this useful is this:
While in the air, you have time to lay down about 3-4 stickies, and if you get the hang of it, you can accurately sticky any stationary target on the enemy team's side. When I first jumped, and was able to sticky their sentry gun out in the open, and blow it up as I landed, I was hooked. Because of the speed you move, the sentry gun can't track and shoot you until you land, at which point you'll blow it up anyways. Any stationary target pretty much works, like the medic in a medic heavy combo is relatively stationary, and I once was able to get Our Lady Conscript from the air as I landed. When you land, its best to land in the water, and if you're lucky no one will notice you, and you can go from there. Alternatively, you can land on the second floor window ledges, as you can see in the demo.
Basically, I had so much fun doing this I started doing it quite a bit, and Santa started noticing. We then had a mini experiment on ctf_well where he tried to snipe me out of the air as I jumped. The following demo shows both the strategy and a bit of fun.

Things to watch out for:
the opposing team never really had a sentry out in the open, so I didn't get to show that off. However, in the very beginning, Tarheel gets a level 1 up on the open that I jump and sticky - the concept is exactly the same if it was a level 3.
for most of the demo I go for Santa and Santa alone, but due to him standing near their sliding doors I cannot angle the stickies to land on him as well as I would be able to if he was out in the open. You'll notice that I mistakenly sticky his body from the air, due to not being able to tell it was a dead sniper body and not a live sniper body from the air. However, in a more organized game, I probably have the chance to sticky better targets.
We lose our medic halfway through and I make one buff-less jump, in which I try to land in the water (but fail), but survive somehow. I dont' remember how much health I had left, but at that point Santa goes "SOMEONE ON BLU GO MEDIC" much to my hilarity.
Eventually we coordinate through steam chat my jump and the conclusion is that my rising speed is too fast to be sniped out of.
The demo is for anyone who wants to see it done a couple times, and for Santa's curiosity. I finally remembered to record it tonight but it certainly isn't the best example: due to our little competition (he can shoot me out of the air and I can sticky him out of the air) I go for him alone, and dont' really show off anything else except the one engineer kill in the beginning and a couple more scattered kills. If you excuse the shoddy demo playing and spawn times it should actually be an entertaining demo.
