This is definitely a small teams map. It's a ctf-basketball style map, meaning there's one flag that each team must cap in the other team's base. It's very small but even playing it with 22 people on a fast server earlier, we had some great games. It's an interesting game mode in that all the action is focused on one flag instead of two.

Expect to see this pop up on server 2 occassionally, on in seeding or late night games on #1. Discuss it here.

Interesting concept for a map. I think its only good for anywhere from 6 vs 6 to 8 vs 8 though.
