Feedback here please.

This is much like 2fort, but with some different angles and the intel close to the spawn. The variety of routes are interesting, as are the sniper angles and the murky water.

Who are you, and what did you do with the guy who plays on our server all the time?

We run custom maps all the time. NEW custom maps usually get pulled up manually at times which are appropriate for the map type. mario_kart, for example, was put up when there was a little 3v4 going on yesterday in the early evening.

Ran it tonight, and it was fun. A bit dark, but not map breaking. I vote to add it to rotation.

If they would slant the middle pathway much like the battlements in Impact, itd be perfect.

The map is almost the same as 2Fort except with the bases scaled down and the outside more open.

It wasn't that bad, my only complaints are:
  • Aesthetics are crap. Does not follow the common TF2 theme.
  • Way to dark inside the base.
  • The muddy water is nice, but does weird things when swimming through it.
  • The battlements spawn is very easy to camp since there is only one way out of it. You can hide in the hallway to the side bunkers with stickies and successfully spawn camp without worry of being flanked.
  • I would always get stuck under the stairs in the bases.
  • The second spawn door is right at the flag.
  • Theres a good sniper spot at the front door where health spawns. Snipers shouldn't be able to snipe from a spot that covers their whole body and spawns a med kit.

Honestly hated this map. While the map may be halfway decent, it doesnt' hold a candle to the stock maps or even some of the better custom ones as far as design, implimentation, or playability. One 2fort in the rotation is enough for me.

Meh, I'd have to play it a few more times to give you point-by-point dislikes. I can say that it did not give me a good first impression. I think it seems really thrown-together, instead of well-planned. It also does not go with the flavor of the game at all.

Even if it was good for a custom, it's still too similar to 2fort, and I have no desire to play any more of that map than we already do.
