Question ctf_chaos

Please see the TF2 Map Rotation for the current status of this map on the TF2 server.

This is another new map from the hard-working Vilepickle.

Current version: ctf_chaos_b1.

You can also download the map from Vilepickle's map page.

ctf_chaos_b1.cfg:

Code:
mp_timelimit "30"
mp_winlimit "1"
tf_flag_caps_per_round "3"
mp_stalemate_enable "1"
The uncompressed map file is a large one (29MB), so try to download it yourself rather than from the auto-download server in-game. You'll join the game faster and save bandwidth for the visitors.

The map is available on the maplist, but not yet in the rotation. You can ask an admin to load it manually while on TeamSpeak.

As usual, any comments are welcome, both bug reports and gameplay comments. I'm sure there will be a few changes before final.

I ran through this a little last night and realized it was an old Q3F map. It's beautifully done and has a ton of potential as a quality CTF map.

I didn't like this map when I first played it. I was unable to leave my base without getting Sniped.

Played this map with full server, was lots of fun. Seemed like you had to get control of the middle before you could make any real shots at the intel.

Yeah I had a ton of fun on this late last night. It's very well done, albeit small. But the action between the cp's can get very intense. Holding that middle real estate will be huge.

so can we vote to run it during main hours, like ...

sm_vote "hydro or try new ctf map?" "hydro *bleh*" "new ctf map"

or is this only when a ton of Focused members are on...
