The updated mod kit just adds support for WICEd 1.2.

I plan on messing around with WICEd 1.2 to try and figure out how to make a map. The new features will help a LOT, especially the new editors for roads and stuff (which you would have had to make in MODO and import to your map).

Still in my head. My crappy computer lagged up when I put too much buildings and stuff in the maps. I might start that up again sometime this weekend if I'm not playing.
